Join us for a very special tasting of Fermin Jamon Iberico from Spain.
The Iberico pig is a pata negra (black hoof) breed found exclusively on the Iberian Peninsula. These free-roaming pigs accumulate a high content of fat in their muscles, which produces the unique marbling and contributes to the wonderful taste and texture of Jamon Iberico. Meet Cristina from Fermin as she hand carves samples from a delicious leg.
